First mission priorities

• Scan each black-and-white scene in layers: first silhouettes and movement, then roofs and windows, then objects that may hide riddles or switches. Photograph visible cats before solving nearby contraptions, because puzzles and locked paths reveal additional cats rather than replacing the collection loop.
• Finding a cat is only the observation step; frame it with the in-game camera and take the photograph to add it to the collection and restore its color. If the shot does not register, change distance or angle until the cat is unobstructed rather than repeatedly clicking the same partial view.
• Complete quests and solve local riddles when a cat is behind a locked door, hidden path, or contraption. The full game advertises more than 50 quests and puzzles, but exact solutions should be recorded from the launch build; pre-release promotional footage is not enough for an all-puzzles walkthrough.
• The launch game contains nine handcrafted levels split across Ancient Egypt, modern Japan, and medieval castle worlds. Treat each level as its own collection checklist: finish the open-area cats, then quests and puzzle-gated cats, before assuming another themed world contains the missing total.
