First mission priorities

• Start with the smallest closed automation loop: write one rover script that finds or targets a resource, moves, mines, and reports a clear result to the console. Only after that loop runs reliably should you add power, multiple machines, drones, fluids, or factory dependencies.
• Code: Terraform uses a Python-like in-game language, but it is the game's own API and documentation—not general Python or HashiCorp Terraform. Use the built-in editor, console, and reference to learn available machine objects and commands, then test one expression or action at a time.
• A reliable rover miner needs a target rule, movement, a mining action, capacity or completion handling, and visible error output. Build those stages in that order; do not deploy several identical rovers until one unit can finish the loop without becoming stranded or silently idle.
• Build generation, storage or distribution, and one consumer as a measurable power loop before expanding. Solar trackers can be scripted to improve generation behavior, while the grid connects infrastructure; log available power and consumer state so a code fault can be separated from a genuine supply shortage.
