The clearest first steps for Golden Swirl.

First mission priorities

  • Treat each room as both a card-hand problem and a movement problem. Keep enough space to dodge before spending a card, play attacks when their angle and timing are safe, and take relics or runes that reinforce the same combat rhythm instead of collecting disconnected effects.
  • Build around a small set of cards whose timing fits the chosen hero, then use movement to create their attack angle. Because combat is semi-real-time, a correct card played during an unsafe enemy pattern is still a bad action; preserve a defensive or repositioning option instead of emptying the hand at once.
  • Choose among the four launch characters by the starting relic and card pool whose rhythm you understand, not by an unsupported tier list. Each character begins with different tools; learn that package in the demo or launch build before importing a relic-and-rune plan from another hero.
  • Use relics for run-wide rules and card runes to modify the cards that actually drive the deck. A synergy is valuable when it triggers repeatedly during the hero's normal combat sequence; do not abandon a functioning deck for a three-part combo that has not yet been assembled.
